All classes are practiced in a circle so that all students are easily observed by the teacher in order to assist students in their yoga postures to avoid injury or stress. This circle practice allows interaction with intermediate or advanced students being next to beginners. We have a comfortable open atmosphere that welcomes all ages, shapes, sizes and genders in a room temperature studio.
