All sessions are held in a

serene, studio environment.

Classes are practiced in a circle so all students can see, and are easily observed by the teacher.  This allows the teacher to assist students in their yoga postures and avoid injury or stress.  The circle practice provides interaction with intermediate and advanced students along side beginners.  We have a comfortable, open atmosphere that welcomes all ages, shapes, and sizes in a room temperature studio.
